FACILITIES RULES

Opened: from February until December. Closed on January

Bookings:We only accept reservations after confirmation of a deposit of 30% of the value of the stay. The remainder can be paid on site by ATM, bank transfer or cash.

Opening hours: From 9 am until 10 pm

Check-in: From 4 pm; arrivals past 7 pm must be announced

Check-out: Until noon

Cancellations: Up until 8 days of the check-in, the deposit made at the time of the booking is not returned, however the guest has one year to reschedule his stay, in which period the amount transferred is discounted from the total amount of the stay; in cancellations made during the last 8 days prior to check-in, guest has to pay 50% of the total amount of the stay; in cancellations made at the day of the check-in or during the stay, guest must pay the total amount of his stay

Breakfast is included in all bookings and is served between 9 am and noon; guests with special diets or needs should let us know in advance

Visits are allowed with prior notice and limited to a certain amount of people

Smoking is allowed only outside. Smoking is forbidden on the upper part of the field where Hambanine tent is installed; its forbidden to throw cigarette filters on the ground

Linens can be changed every 5 days after guest consultation

Towels can be changed every 3 days after guest consultation; we would appreciate that
guests don’t use face towels to clean feet or pets; the use of bedroom towels in the swimming pool or at the beach is forbidden

Bedrooms are cleaned every four days

We would appreciate the use of wooden boards to cut citrus to prevent the kitchen bench from stains kitchen bench from stains

The houses are equipped with lights, electric plugs, dishes and fridge with a small freezer compartment

It is forbidden to throw all kinds of papers, sanitary towels, tampons or any other objects in the toilet. There is a recipient for this purpose

It is forbidden to eat inside the rooms or in the tents; there are places designed for this purpose in the premises

All electrical equipment should not be used without consent (for instance: all electric hair care appliances, electrical grills, cloth irons, coffee machines, and so on) with the exception of mobile phones and computers; this allow us to better manage solar power reserves

Pets are welcome with prior notice and depending on the number; daily fee is 5 €; if they are friendly with people and other pets they can run around free since the place is fenced. Owners of Figueirinha Ecoturismo can decline the presence of pets upon any circumstances that they feel the need of doing so. No cats allowed in the tents. Owners should bring their pet bed and waist bags. Pets cannot be left alone inside the lodgings

Cleaning the community kitchen is responsibility of all people that use it; the use of charcoal for the grill is free of charge

There is a pantry with basic produce at reasonable prices for preparing simple meals; Tee, coffee and basic seasonings are for free; all other ingredients should be noted in a notebook and paid at the end of the stay

Biological swimming pool Take a shower before entering; caution with the use of sun screens and moisturisers because the swimming pool water requires some care; pets are not allowed inside the swimming pool; glasses are not allowed next or inside the swimming pool; beware of the slippery surfaces in the swimming pool, therefore we recommend all caution in entering or coming out of the water; all children must be accompanied by an adult since the swimming pool is not fenced

Management doesn’t take any responsibility on the loss, theft or damage of guest property, as of any kind of accidents that occur inside or outside the premises; we recommend vividly constant children surveillance and we advise taking out a personal insurance against any accidents
